Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Krauskopf was Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Cardiac Assist, Inc. Mr. Krauskopf completed his education in biology at the University of the State of New York Regents College and the University of Texas, and received his certification as a Regulatory Affairs Professional in 1992.

Antonino Laudani was appointed Vice President, Chief Operating Officer effective October 21, 2007. Dr. Laudani served as Vice President; President, InterVascular Inc. since June 2005. From January 2005 to May 2005, he was Group Vice President of Sales for Cardiac Assist, InterVascular and Interventional Products for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). From June 2002 to December 2004, Dr. Laudani served as Vice President, Cardiac Assist Sales for EMEA. Prior to joining the Corporation, Dr. Laudani was an independent consultant from February 2002 to May 2002. Dr. Laudani served as Vice President Marketing for Tyco Healthcare for EMEA from June 1999 to January 2002. In this position, he was also in charge of R&D and non-hospital product sales for EMEA. Dr. Laudani is a medical doctor.
